Huck finn chapter 7-11
The trick that Huck plays on Jim is that he found a dead rattlesnake and he sat it at the end of Jim’s blanket. He thought it would be funny to see Jim wake up and see the rattlesnake at the end of his blanket but the dead rattlesnake had a partner. This rattlesnake came by and bit Jim when Jim woke up and found the snake. Huck played the prank on Jim now because they had become closer and he thought it would be a funny thing to do. The other time that Tom wanted to play the prank on Jim and Huck didn’t was because he didn’t feel like he knew Jim enough and thought that it would be rude. He thought the snake was good because they had become somewhat friends on account of being runaways together.

Great job on your blog! I definitely agree with you that Huck decided to play a trick on Jim later in the story because they were better friends and more comfortable with each other. Before Huck was getting to know Jim more and he didn't want to risk anything. But now they're like old pals.
Yeah! Great Job, I agree with Liu completely. T first Huck was timid towards playing pranks on JIm, but then once he got to know him better he found it easier to play pranks on him. And i think Liu put it perfectly when she said that they are now like old pals.
