In the last chapter we find out that Tom’s bullet wound is healed and his leg is back to normal. Huck is able to get away from Miss Watson and Jim is a freed man. This is everything that they wanted. The ways that they got to it though probably weren’t the best and not the easiest but they got to where they wanted to be. This makes for a good ending of the book because Jim is finally freed after everything they had done and Huck was able to go on about his life. The might have been too risky about how they go things done and did things over the top but they did get to where they wanted.

i think that this is a good ending for the book and it is important that Jim gets freed but i think that what is important to note is that he was not freed as soon as he should have been and becuase he was not a lot more pain and consequence came to him Tom and Huck. But still great blog

I would have to disagree in the fact that this was more of a sad ending. I was left with a feeling that the characters were more solemn and I felt like it needed more. Good post though, Vivian

Really good blog, I agree with Scott, it was a little short but I really liked your blog. I agree with you when you say that this is everything that they wanted. I thought that it is a very happy chapter because Jim is freed from slavery and Tom's bullet wound is healed. I liked how you said that the ways that they got to it where not the best choices, but it was an overall happy chapter. :) good job dude!!
